These Terms of Service govern your use of gasuitwarehouse.com and any fitting, purchase, or alteration service provided by GA Suit Warehouse, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
You may book a fitting through our website, by phone, or as a walk-in. Walk-ins are welcome but appointments get dedicated tailor time and a private fitting room. We recommend appointments for groups, weddings, and tight timelines.
If your plans change, please call us as soon as possible to reschedule. There is no fee to reschedule a fitting.
Prices shown on the site are starting prices and are subject to change. Final pricing depends on fabric, construction, alterations, and accessories selected at your fitting. We will quote everything before you commit to a purchase.
We do not rent suits or tuxedos. All garments sold by GA Suit Warehouse are owned by you upon completed purchase.
Standard alterations on garments purchased from us are completed in 3–5 business days. Same-day rush is available for an additional $10. We do not alter garments not purchased from us — this lets us stand behind every fit we deliver.
For weddings, we recommend booking 4–6 months in advance during peak season (April–October). Rush timelines of 3–4 weeks are possible but limited. Out-of-town groomsmen can submit measurements through a guide we provide; the suit ships ready to wear with a final on-arrival fitting.
Because every garment is fitted and frequently altered to your measurements, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If something doesn't fit right, bring it back and we will adjust. Please contact the shop directly for any return question.
Program name: GA Suit Warehouse Pickup-Ready SMS Notifications.
Description: When you bring a garment in for tailoring at our retail location and provide your mobile phone number on our in-store intake form, we will send you a text message to let you know that your tailored garment is back from the tailor and ready for pickup. We may also send a small number of related follow-up messages if pickup has not occurred within a reasonable window.
Message frequency: Approximately one (1) message per tailoring visit. You will not receive marketing or promotional text messages through this program.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Any charges from your mobile carrier are your responsibility.
Help and opt-out: Reply HELP at any time for assistance or to reach a person. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from all further text messages from GA Suit Warehouse. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will not contact you by SMS again unless you re-subscribe by providing your number on a new intake form.

Carriers: Mobile carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the website or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
