This Privacy Policy explains what GA Suit Warehouse, LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects when you visit gasuitwarehouse.com or book a fitting with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you book a fitting through our website or by phone, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, phone number, email address, the occasion you're shopping for, and the date and time you'd like to come in.
When you visit our website, we automatically collect basic technical information through privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Analytics): the pages you view, your approximate location (city/region only), the device type, and the referring page. We do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not sell or share your information with advertising networks.
We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site. Clarity records anonymized session activity (mouse movement, clicks, and scrolls) and aggregates it into heatmaps so we can see which parts of a page are working and which aren't. Sensitive on-page content (such as anything you type into a form field) is masked by default and is not captured. Microsoft processes this data on our behalf — see Microsoft's Privacy Statement for details.
We use the information you provide to schedule and confirm your fitting, to contact you about your appointment, and to follow up on your visit. We use site analytics in aggregate to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
We use a small number of vendors to operate the site and the booking system, including Vercel (hosting and analytics), Microsoft Clarity (session analytics and heatmaps), Resend (transactional email delivery), and Twilio (SMS delivery). These vendors only process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service.
If you provide your mobile phone number on our in-store tailoring intake form, we use it solely to send you a text message when your tailored garment is ready for pickup, and, if needed, a related follow-up message if you have not yet picked it up. We do not use your phone number for marketing or advertising, and we do not contact you about anything other than your tailoring visit through SMS. Message frequency is approximately one message per tailoring visit, and message and data rates may apply.
Text messages are delivered through Twilio, our SMS service provider. Twilio processes your phone number and the contents of the message only on our behalf and only to the extent needed to deliver the message. We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile information — including your phone number, SMS opt-in status, or message content — to any third party or affiliate, and we never use it for marketing or promotional purposes.
You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Reply HELP to reach us. See our Terms of Service for the full SMS program details, including program name, message frequency, and rate disclosures.
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You may unsubscribe from booking-related messages at any time by replying to the message or calling the shop. To make a request, contact us using the information below.
The website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
